These terms apply to every order placed on this website, by phone or on our social pages.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only after we call you to confirm it. We may cancel an order we cannot confirm or deliver.
• Stock and prices can change without notice. If a price was shown wrongly, we will tell you before confirming and you may cancel.
• Pre-order dates are estimates from our suppliers.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. The "Cash Price" is the price for full payment.
• Home delivery orders are paid in cash to the courier. Pickup orders are paid at the shop.

Warranty and returns

Warranty terms are shown on each product and on your invoice. Returns and refunds follow our Returns and Refunds policy.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
